Brian T. Dragon

Managing Director

Brian T. Dragon is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Quarton Partners. Mr. Dragon brings over 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience advising industrial and service related companies on mergers, acquisitions and private capital raising initiatives. Mr. Dragon’s clients include Amcast, Atchison Casting, Cooper Standard, LDI, Virginia Waste Services and Winter Brothers Waste Systems.

Prior to forming Quarton Partners, Mr. Dragon served as a Managing Director of W. Y. Campbell & Company, where he advised both public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings. Prior to joining W. Y. Campbell & Company, Mr. Dragon served as a Vice President within Comerica Bank’s Middle Market Commercial Lending Division and as Experienced Staff Consultant with Andersen Consulting.

He earned a B.S. in engineering from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan where he graduated first in his class. Mr. Dragon serves on several Boards of Directors of previous client companies.
