Robert S. Parker

Rob Parker is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Quarton Partners. Mr. Parker has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients on a wide range of transaction types. He has led transactions for private equity firms and corporate clients across a variety of industries including value-added distribution, office furniture, business services, energy products and services, infrastructure and diversified manufacturing.

Prior to forming Quarton Partners, Mr. Parker worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, UBS Investment Bank and W.Y. Campbell & Company where he was a Managing Director and co-leader of the private equity coverage group.

Mr. Parker is a Michigan native who received his bachelor of arts degree from The University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and Arts. Mr. Parker also holds a master’s degree in business administration from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was recognized as an S.E. Quall scholar.
